A iniciativa tem como objetivo fortalecer a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica, emocional e espiritual dos servidores da educa\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, promovendo momentos de cuidado, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e renova\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>A terceira etapa do projeto contempla professores que atuam em sala de aula, somando-se \u00e0s etapas anteriores, que envolveram diretores, coordenadores pedag\u00f3gicos, secret\u00e1rios escolares e coordenadores de apoio. Todas as fases mant\u00eam a mesma programa\u00e7\u00e3o, assegurando que cada grupo vivencie experi\u00eancias de bem-estar e autocuidado.<br>Idealizadora do projeto, Vanuza Vila Nova enfatiza que todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o executadas por meio de parcerias com diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do munic\u00edpio e profissionais liberais, o que tem sido essencial para o \u00eaxito da proposta. \u201cNosso desejo \u00e9 ampliar ainda mais esse alcance, agregando valores atrav\u00e9s de novas parcerias, como com a Faculdade de Guara\u00ed (FAG), entre outros profissionais comprometidos com o desenvolvimento humano e educacional\u201d, ressalta.<br>O secret\u00e1rio municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, Sebasti\u00e3o Mendes de Sousa, destaca que o projeto ser\u00e1 estendido gradualmente at\u00e9 abranger todos os profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo os servidores da SEMEC. \u201cAgradecemos pelo empenho de cada servidor e rogamos compreens\u00e3o pela necessidade de escalonar as etapas. Firmes seguimos no prop\u00f3sito de alcan\u00e7ar todos, conforme Deus nos permita\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realizado justamente no m\u00eas em que se comemora o Dia do Professor (15 de outubro), o projeto ganha ainda mais significado. A a\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o compromisso da gest\u00e3o municipal com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos educadores, reconhecendo o papel essencial que desempenham na forma\u00e7\u00e3o das novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es e no fortalecimento da educa\u00e7\u00e3o guaraiense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Secretaria refor\u00e7a sua gratid\u00e3o pelo engajamento da comunidade escolar
